After growing up in the Bay Area of California, David relocated to the Midwest to SE Michigan.  David has owned and operated a construction and rehab company, finance & lending brokerage and currently owns and operates Elwood.Biz a commercial real estate and business brokerage. He is also a Shareholder/Agent Owner of EPIQUE Realty which was named fastest growing real estate company in North America.

David is the  Team leader of his international Revenue Share organization with EPIQUE Realty which consists of Residential & Commercial Real Estate Agents throughout the United States and we are eagerly laying the groundwork to expand into new countries. He has  consistently been one of the Top Cannabis related Property and Business Brokerage Sales Powerhouse's in Michigan with a sales record that is in the top 3 Brokerages. He has 30+ years combined finance, construction and real estate sales experience.
